Please note that all Pick-Up Orders are subject to our In-Store retail pricing, and not that of online. Any online promotions or deals exclusive to the website will not be available in-store on your pick-up order

Provide as much detail as possible for the products you would like to order.


When your order is ready, head over to the pickup location

Once you have been contacted confirming that your order is ready for pickup, head over to the store at the time slot discussed with us.


Let us know you’re here and we will bring out your order

When you arrive, call the location directly with the number provided or WhatsApp message (select locations only) and we will bring your order out for you.

In-Store Pickup FAQ

Are your stores still open for walk-in traffic?
Yes, all of our retail locations are open.
How soon will my order be ready to pick up?
Depending on the location, orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours or sooner.
How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
Once your order is ready, one of our team members will call you on the phone number provided in your order. They will review your order to make sure you are purchasing your desired items.
How do I pay for my In-Store Pickup order?
After confirming your order details with our team, you'll have the convenience to complete payment at our store using your credit card, debit card, or a Healthy Planet gift card. We're here to make your checkout experience seamless and hassle-free!
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
When you arrive for your order you will need to provide (1) the last 5 digits of your receipt number (2) your name.
What if I need to return something from my order?
Our return policy remains the same as usual except for one change; we cannot return open products at this time. To find our in-store refund policy please click here.
What if I would like to cancel my pickup order?
If you change your mind, simply email or call your pickup location with your order number to cancel the order.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Absolutely! Please let one of our team members know when they call you to confirm your order that someone else will be picking up your order.
How does the Pickup process work?

2. Enter the items that you would like to order including Brand, Description, size & quantity
3. Add any extra notes or special requests if needed
4. Hit the submit button and you’re done!

Once your order has been collected one of our team members will call you to review the order, take payment and arrange a pickup date and time.

Is the stock listed on the website what is available in store?
No, the stock listed on our website only shows what is available for online order. You can place your In=Store Pickup order and someone from the store will call you to confirm the availability of your items
