1 1/2 cups (360 ml) whole wheat, semolina grind1/2 cup (120 ml) Omega Nutrition Cold Milled Falx Seeds1 1/2 cups (360 ml) pancake mix or all-purpose flour1/4 tsp (1 ml) baking powder (double if using flour and not pancake mix)1/4 tsp (1 ml) baking soda (double if using flour and not pancake mix)1 tbsp (15 ml) sugar1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt2 tbsp (30 ml) Omega Nutrition Organic Coconut Oil1 egg (or 2 egg whites for reduced cholesterol and saturated fat)3-4 cups (720-960 ml) buttermilk to desired consistency
Bake on griddle or skillet at 375° to 400°F, or cook waffles in waffle iron.
