Recommended Use

Recommended Dosage
Adults 18 years and older: 1 capsule 3 times per day. Take with food.
Cautions And Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner if symp- toms worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anticoagulant agents, anti-inflammatory agents, or antibiotics; if you are taking antiplatelet medication or blood thinners; if you have gallstones, bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid; if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers or are having a surgery; if you have inflammation of the kidneys, diabetes or a renal disorder. Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort. Allergic reac- tions can occur in people allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Composi- tae/Daisy family. Celery seed may increase UV light sensitivity; limit excess exposure to ultraviolet rays while using this product.
Contraindications
Do not use if you are pregnant/breastfeeding. Do not use if you have thyroid disorders like hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism.
