We are elderly, and after taking two (each) with dinner for several weeks, we both noticed a definite and visible improvemnent in our skin and also in our thinking processes. We tried other brands prior to Nutrasea that were more expensive and without the same positive results. Thank you for making this product available to us.

Susan An excellent product! Posted on 2015-12-03: Nutrasea Ascenta capsules were recommended to me by my naturopath for their purity and quality. Other fish oil capsules leave a rancid after-taste but this product does not. It has a lemon taste instead. My husband and I take a capsule at lunch and I believe the results are long-term and not immediately noticeable. Our diets do not include enough fish though we eat it twice a week, and this capsule provides the preventative medicine we need to ensure a healthy heart and mind as we age. Excellent value in this large size!

cliftonstroy I am satisfied with the product Posted on 2015-11-27: I take 2 capsules in the morning with breakfast and 2 caps with dinner at the same time that I am taking my Vitamin D. I don't swallow the capsules. I punch them with a pin before placing in my mouth and let the oil drain out in my mouth then I spit out the capsule skin. This way I get the oils sans the casing. The capsules are pleasant tasting and there is no return. I am pleased with the price.

Michelle The capsules are a little big, but good when travelling Posted on 2015-04-11: I find the capsules at little big. I don't tend to have problems swallowing big capsules, but I think some other people may. Another drawback is you have to take quite a lot of capsules to get the same amount of Omega-3 in a single dose of the liquid form. I do find the capsule forms more convenient when travelling as I don't need to worry about packing a bottle in the liquid form. For me I also tend to experience some aftertaste shortly after consumption of the capsules but other people I know taking it do not experience this.
