NutraSea hp has a high EPA content and is our most potent omega-3 supplement, with 1,500 mg of EPA and 500 mg of DHA in one teaspoon. A formulation high in EPA can support the maintenance of overall good health, and brain function. It’s also beneficial for the development of the brain, eyes, and nerves in children up to 12 years of age.

Suggested Use

In terms of what it does- I am a big fan of fish oil for the healthy skin benefits but haven’t yet seen a difference between the big epa level and regular fish oil. But it’s only been a couple weeks so far so I’ll see how it works over the longer term.

Emilija High quality, better taste Posted on 2018-04-04: As a weightlifter I need to take fish oil to keep my joints happy and healthy and this product is a great quality with a high dosage in one spoonful. It's fish oil so it's never going to taste great but it's definitely better than most. Expensive but worth it.

maria Great product! Posted on 2017-04-08: This product was originally recommended to me by my Naturopath about 5 years ago. My current Naturopath says I will likely be taking this for a very long time because it is so beneficial for anyone. This brand is very clean and free from toxins. There is a website on the bottle where you can look into that further. I never have had after burp with this. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast and chase it with water. I'm not a fan of oily textures and the water right afterwards really works. I sign up for price alerts and always get this on sale.

Michelle Pricey, but good product Posted on 2015-04-11: I like this concentrated 3:1 version over the non-concentrated as I don't have to consume as much with each dose. In general I'm not partial to the oily texture/taste of fish oil, but I take it for the health benefits, so I'd rather take less of it in the concentrated dose and still get the same health benefits. It does get expensive over time when you use it regularly.
