I think we all know how important Omega 3's are for us and fish oil in general. This product has a great ratio of DHA to EPA. Also handy that is has the 1000 IUs of Vitamin D. It is actually delicious (I love the apple flavor personally and have tried several others from this brand) and had not fishy taste or after taste. I have been using this for years and will continue to do so as one of my staple supplement products.

It's really a good product.
Not only is Canadian but is also sustainable.
The flavour is not strong (though my husband thinks otherwise) and it has helped me with my energy levels/skin appearance as well as getting nutrients without having to cook and smell fish.

This is a good fish oil product and is great for consumption by kids. The price is a little high as it gets expensive if you consume it regularly within the household. I also wish they would have it in lemon flavour instead of the apple. The apple flavour doesn't go well with the oily texture for me, whereas the lemon seems more acceptable.
