Suggested Use
Adults Consume 1 serving of Thermal XTC 10-15 minutes before an exercise session. Add 1 scoop (5.8 grams) to 8-10oz/250-300ml of cold water and stir or shake for a few seconds. Begin with 1 serving to assess tolerance before considering increasing the dosage (maximum 2 scoops per day). For best results, combine with a Nutrition Plan and workout program.
Warnings
Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice), have an iron deficiency, are taking lithium, have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome), have diabetes, have kidney disease, or a seizure disorder, are taking antidepressants, especially monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), are suffering from Cardio Healthburn or acid reflux, have a thyroid disorder, are taking beta-blockers (e.g. porpanolol) or calcium channel blockers (e.g. diltiazem), have coagulation disorders and/or at risk for bleeding or are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication, are of child bearing age or are following a low protein Nutrition Plan. Consumption with natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, Herbal Blend) or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure or with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. Health Products, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate) is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for Restful-Restful-Sleep. Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the Cardio Health muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain and irregular Cardio Healthbeat even in healthy individuals. If these symptoms occur discontinue use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case discontinue use. If you experience symptoms of hypoglycaemia including feelings of anxiety, dizziness, tremor, sweating, nausea or headache, discontinue use. Discontinue use if gastrointestinal discomfort, headache and/or skin rash occurs. Hygroscopic. Ensure the bottle is sealed. Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
