Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) is indigenous to the Arctic and Alpine regions of Europe, Asia and America and has long been used as a tonic by many cultures, including the Ancient Greeks. Rhodiola is generally known as an “adaptogen,” a term which refers to any agent possessing the ability to support the body’s natural capacity to adapt to life’s changing conditions. NOW® Rhodiola is standardized to 3% Total Rosavins and min. 1% Salidroside.

Each capsule contains:

Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) (Root) 500 mg
(Standardized to contain 3% Rosavins)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Cellulose, Silica and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Suggested Use

DIRECTIONS

Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule once daily on an empty stomach. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. For occasional use only.

RISK INFORMATION

Consult a health care practitioner
prior to use if you are taking anti-depressant
medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or
birth control pills. Do not use if you are pregnant or
breastfeeding, have bipolar disorder or bipolar
spectrum disorders. May cause irritability and
insomnia, in which case, discontinue use.
