Suggested Use
Adult Dosage: Mix 2 level tablespoons daily in 1 cup (250 mL) of water or other beverage to supplement your meal. Take two hours before or after taking other Health Products or natural health products since the absorption of these products may be delayed. Do not use if you are pregnant or if you have difficulty swallowing or if you have diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate.
