Each softgel contains:
Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha x piperita) (Leaf) 181 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, water, carob extract), Soybean Oil, Fennel Oil, Ginger Oil and Enteric Coating (methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer, water, magnesium silicate, polyethylene glycol).
Adult Dosage: Take 1 softgel 3 times daily.

Good for my digestive issues.
Both my GI and my naturopath recommended I try enteric coated peppermint oil to help relieve my IBS symptoms. So far they seem to help.
I have tried several brands of peppermint oil gels and I find I like this particular one the best. I like the addition of fennel and ginger, which are great for gut issues, along with the peppermint. I find it best to consume before my meal. Now Foods brand is the only Peppermint oil gels that I will ever buy.
Peppermint oil can be very soothing to the intestinal tracts of those who suffer from IBS. Whenever I've run out of peppermint oil capsules, I have brewed very strong peppermint tea as an alternative - be aware though, peppermint tea can be irritating if you suffer from acid reflux.
