Stinging Nettle has been used according to tradition, since the days of Caesar 2,000 years ago.  NOW® Stinging Nettle Root is concentrated and standardized to the highest European standards, where it has been researched and widely used.

Each capsule contains:

Stinging Nettle Root (Urtica dioica L.) 250 mg
   Equivalent to 3000 mg dried root
   Standardized to contain 0.80% Sterols as Beta Sitosterol

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: White Rice Flour, Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Silica.

Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily.
