Magnesium Malate
Magnesium is a vital mineral essential for energy production, metabolism, muscle contraction, nerve impulse transmission, and bone mineralization. It serves as a required cofactor for approximately 300 enzymes, which are involved in reactions such as fatty acid synthesis, protein synthesis, and glucose metabolism. Malate is a key intermediate in the Krebs Cycle, playing a significant role in cellular energy production from carbohydrates. Suggested Usage
Adolescent and Adult Dosage: Take 1 tablet 3 times daily with food.
