Directions
Adult Dosage: Take 3 softgels daily. Take with food a few hours before taking other Health Products or natural health products. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to nicotine, or have oedema due to kidney or cardiovascular disease.
