Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme extracted from the stem of the pineapple plant, known for its protein-digesting properties. When taken with food, Bromelain can aid in healthy digestion. Naturally designed to Aid proper gastrointestinal function, it may also promote anti-inflammatory action.

Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule, 3 times daily with food/meals. For prolonged use, consult a health-care practitioner.

Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner.
Do not use if inner seal is broken. Do not eat freshness packet. Keep in bottle. Store in a cool, dry place.
