Directions
Adult Female Dosage: Take 1 capsule twice daily. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner for use beyond 4-6 weeks.

May cause headache, sun-sensitivity, and increased burping and gas. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV), or UV therapy.
