Directions (Adults)

Take 2 capsules, 3 times daily with 8-10 oz. of water or juice, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Be sure to consume additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller dosages and gradually increase over several weeks. Take a few hours before taking other medications.

Risk Information

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have gastrointestinal health issues. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause minor gastrointestinal discomfort such as gas and bloating.
