The 10-HDA content of this royal jelly is equivalent to what is found in 780 mg of raw royal jelly. It naturally contains vitamins B2, B5, B6, niacin and biotin. It is also the best natural source of healthy steroids. It is fortified with wild sage and rosemary, along with natural vitamin C. Typical royal jelly products lack vitamin C.
