Recommended Dose For Infants
1. Consult with your pediatrician or healthcare professional before giving your baby vitamin D.
2. Using dropper measure 0.25 mL.
3. Add 0.25 mL to food, breast milk, or infant formula once daily, or as directed by your pediatrician.
4. Clean dropper thoroughly between each use, especially if dropper contacts baby's mouth.
5. Store bottle with original cap in refrigerator.
Do not take if tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 3 months after opening. Keep out of the reach of children.
