Directions
Adults: Once daily, mix one scoop with 500ml cold water or non-dairy milk in a shaker cup, or using a blender add one scoop to a smoothie with ice, fruit, non-dairy milk. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with Food. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.
