Sulforaphane Glucosinolate (SG), also referred to as Glucoraphanin, is a naturally occurring compound in cruciferous vegetables. It is found in Brussel sprouts, kale, cauliflower, kohlrabi and even wasabi but is highest in broccoli, specifically seeds and sprouts.
