Directions Of Use
Adults: Take two ¾ teaspoons daily or as directed by your health-wellness-care practitioner. • Mix product well in 1 cup of liquid (water, juice, etc.) or steep covered for 5 to 20 minutes before ingesting. Simmering will increase potency and benefits.
