Other Ingredients
Arabinogalactan (25 mg per 2 capsules), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Directions
Adults: Take 2 capsules two to four times daily with meals or as directed by your health-wellness-care practitioner. If you are taking other Health Products, take this product a few hours before or after them.
Duration Of Use

Cautions And Warnings

Discontinue use and consult a health-wellness-care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness, and/or loss of appetite. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breast- feeding.

Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Do not use if you have a known allergy/hypersensitivity to cow's milk. Discontinue use and consult a health-wellness-care practitioner in case of sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and/or confusion, as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar.
