Direction of Use
Adults
Take 2 capsules one to four times daily with meals or as directed by your health-wellness-care practitioner. If you are taking other Health Products, take this product a few hours before or after them.
Cautions And Warnings
Consult a health-wellness-care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes; if you are taking blood-pressure medication; if you have a liver disorder; if you have an iron deficiency; if you are taking nitroglycerin; if you have cystinuria; if you are taking antibiotics; if you are taking sulfonamides; if you are taking any prescription medication; or if you have a peptic ulcer or excess stomach acid. Discontinue use and consult a health-wellness-care practitioner in case of sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, or confusion, as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar. Discontinue use and consult a health-wellness-care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness, or loss of appetite.
Contraindications
Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or if you are allergic or hypersensitive to bee-products or pollen.
Known adverse reactions
Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience diarrhea. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract–containing products have been reported.
