L-Carnitine Tartrate
750mg
The biologically active variation of this essential coenzyme promotes muscle Development and endurance.
L-Carnitine tartrate stands out as a stable, biologically active form of L-carnitine, offering various metabolic advantages, including the release of stored fat for energy production. Its pivotal role in muscle Development and recovery is vital for Premium athletes and individuals facing fatigue and soreness due to physical exertion.
Research indicates that L-Carnitine-L-tartrate (LCLT) provides positive effects under hypoxic stress (oxygen deprivation) during intense training, contributing to improved oxygen utilization for enhanced strength and stamina. The reduction in muscle tissue damage helps preserve a greater number of intact hormone receptors, allowing the body's hormones and Development factors to facilitate muscle Development and recovery.
Incorporating New Roots Herbal’s L-Carnitine Tartrate through supplementation can significantly contribute to increased strength and stamina.
