Reduced glutathione, commonly known as glutathione or GSH, is an antioxidant that counteracts free radicals and prevents their formation.
Glutathione, often referred to as GSH, is a relatively small molecule found universally in living systems. Present naturally in all human cells, GSH is a water-phase orthomolecule. Its depletion within cells ultimately leads to cell death, and researchers have explored its clinical significance for decades. Recent studies suggest that reduced glutathione might be an even more potent antioxidant compared to vitamins C and E, earning it the label of the "master antioxidant."
GSH shields tissues by neutralizing free radicals and enhances the immune system by supporting antigen presentation and activating CD8 cells. Glutathione plays a crucial role in various liver detoxification processes, amino-acid transport, coenzyme production, and the recycling of vitamins C and E.

Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health-wellness-care practitioner.
