Each capsule contains 500 mg of curcumin extract paired with 5 mg of black pepper extract standardized to 95% piperine. Piperine is the crucial compound known to enhance the bioavailability of curcumin by up to 200%.

Directions
Adults: Take 1-3 capsules daily or as directed by your health-wellness-care practitioner. Joint

Duration of use: Consult a health-wellness-care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.
