Non-medicinal Ingredients

Recommended use
Valerian is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a Restful-Restful-Sleep aid. Turmeric is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an anti-inflammatory to Assist relieve joint pain.
Recommended dose
Adults - Take 2 capsules 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime (once per day).
