Directions

(Adults): For antioxidant benefits, take 1 softgel once daily. For use as a capillary/ blood vessel protectant, take 4 softgels twice daily. For use as a capillary/blood vessel protec- tant beyond 6 weeks, consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner.
