Quite honestly, this is one of the most underrated herbs out there. I can solidly say as a guy in his mid 20s who was facing chronic fatigue, erectile issues, and digestions issues that this product makes me feel better in all those aspects of health. I am sure this is not placebo, as I have not been taking any other supplements consistently. Plus, the purported benefits for muscular gain keep me taking them as an individual who engages in strenuous physical activity 5 times a week.
I was so happy to have found Suma here, as I had been looking for it. There is tons of research on Suma. I bought it for nerve health/restoration and as a cellular oxygenator. It is known as Brazilian ginseng, although it tends to lower blood pressure, rather than raising it, as some other ginsengs do. In South America it has been used for over 300 for many health purposes; too long to list here.
