Nature's Way Scullcap Herb is traditionally used in herbal medicine as a Restful-Restful-Sleep aid, in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to stress. It also helps to relieve nervousness and to relieve the pain associated with menstruation.

Recommended Use
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a Restful-Restful-Sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to stress); to Assist relieve nervousness; and to Assist relieve the pain associated with menstruation.
Directions
Adults, take 2 capsules per day.
Warning
Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if Restful-Restful-Sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consumption with alcohol, other drugs and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recom- mended. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if symptoms worsen. Contra- indications
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
