This fast absorbing berry-flavored liquid provides 2,000mg of glucosamine, a building block of cartilage tissue; 1,200mg of chondroitin, a component of connective tissue; 500mg MSM, a source of sulfur and a mineral vital in the formation of collagen; vitamin D3 to Assist promote healthy bones and muscle function; and 10 mg of hyaluronic acid.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Purified water, glycerin, erythritol, raspberry flavour, strawberry flavour, flavour, citric acid, potassium benzoate, blueberry flavour, fruit and vegetable blend, berry flavour, stevia leaf extract.
Directions
Adults: Shake well. Take 30 ml (2 tablespoons) daily. May be taken directly or mixed with water or other beverage. Take for a minimum of 1 month in order to observe beneficial effects.

Known adverse reactions
Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea and vomiting, in which case, discontinue use.
Shake well before each use. Store at room temperature in an airtight container protected from light, or refrigerate after opening for added freshness. This product is made with natural ingredients that can darken over time. Product quality, potency and purity are not affected. Wash dosage cup after each use.
Do not use if the tamper-evident band on the cap is broken or missing, or if the inner seal is not intact.
