Bifidobacterium bifidum (Bb-02) 0.05 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis (Bi-26) 0.1 billion CFU

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS

Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.

Suggested Use

DIRECTIONS

Adults take 1 capsule per day. If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after.

WARNINGS

If you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.

Contra-indications: If you have an immunecompromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment), do not use this product.

NOTES

Recommended use: Helps support intestinal/gastrointestinal health. Could promote a favourable gut flora. Source of probiotics.

Posted on 2018-07-02: I have been diagnosed with SIBO and this is not by any means the be all and end all, but it has been the one that has gotten me through until my diagnosis and I highly recommend it. Even if you don't have a severe case like me, it is very tolerable to the tummy and the price can't be beat at all!
