Recommended Use
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to Assist relieve headaches, and to aid digestion.
Directions
Adults, take 1 capsule per day. Take with or after food. Consult a health Wellness-Wellness-Car-e practitioner for use beyond 4 months.
Warning

Contra-indications
Do not use if you are pregnant or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/ Compositae/Daisy family.

Some people may experience sore mouth, mouth ulcers and/or gastrointestinal discomfort. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
