Nature's Way European Elderberry is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to Assist relieve symptoms of colds and flus such as coughs, sore throat and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract, and to promote sweating to relieve fever in cases of common cold, flus.

Recommended Use
Provides antioxidants for the maintenance of good health.
Directions
Adults take 2 capsules twice per day with water at mealtimes.

Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal Cardio Healthbeat and/or difficulty breathing.
