Directions

As a Freshening Internal Deodorant: Adults: drink 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) in a glass of water or juice, 2 times per day.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If cramps or diarrhea occurs, reduce the dosage. If symptoms persist consult a health care practitioner.
