Directions
Adults, take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times per day.
Warnings

Contra-indications
Do not use if you are pregnant or breast- feeding.

Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhea and indigestion; in which case, discontinue use.
