Directions
Children 4 yrs and older, Adolescents, Adults: Add 1 teaspoon to 120 ml of water,

Children 1-3 yrs old: Add 1/2 teaspoon to 120 ml of water, juice or yogurt once daily, or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner.
