To use, simply lather Nature’s Aid all natural shampoo into wet hair, rinse thoroughly and follow with Nature’s Aid all natural conditioner.
And remember, your hair doesn’t need to be washed every day, in fact, that can do more harm than good. For best results, wash hair only when needed; this is typically 2-4 times a week depending on your hair type.
