Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, coating (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], titanium dioxide, polydextrose, triacetin, polyethylene glycol, glycerin), croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.
Recommended use
Helps in tissue formation.
Helps prevent magnesium deficiency.
Helps to maintain healthy muscle function and is a factor in the maintenance of good health.
Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth, and to metabolize carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
Recommended dose
Recommended adult dose: 1 caplet 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Prevent magnesium deficiency: 2 caplets daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Cautions
For adult use only. Some people may experience gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhea. Keep out of the reach of children.
