Recommended Adult Dose

2-4 capsules daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Prevent magnesium deficiency: 4 capsules daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Recommended Use

Helps prevent magnesium deficiency. Helps in tissue formation. Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth, and to metabolize carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Helps to maintain healthy muscle function and is a factor in the maintenance of good health.

Cautions

For adult use only. Some people may experience gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhea. Keep out of the reach of children.
