Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, coating (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], glycerin), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Recommended Dose (Adults)
1 tablet 3 times daily with food providing protein, a few hours before or after taking other Health Products, or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner.
For prolonged use, consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner.

For temporary relief of sinus discomfort, respiratory congestion and cough.
Cautions
Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner prior to use if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, kidney stones, cystinuria, if you are taking hypoglycemic drugs, anticoagulants, or antiinflammatory agents, or prior to having surgery. Hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use and consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin. Consult a health Wellness-Care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Keep out of the reach of children.
