Recommended use
Clinically shown to help prevent nausea and vomiting due to motion and/or seasickness.
Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve digestive upset including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia, and flatulent colic.
Recommended dose
Recommended Adult Dose: For preventing nausea: 1 capsule daily 30 minutes prior to travel, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For relieving digestive upset: 1–2 capsules daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
