After not even a half an hour after taking one, I've noticed quite the drop in my blood pressure. I measure it with one of those blood pressure monitors you can purchase at a drug store. They're not as accurate as what doctors use, but they're still quite reliable. I've also noticed those random bouts of anxiety I used to have are gone. Great product.
