Recommended use

Factors in the normal development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.

Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

Recommended dose

Recommended adult dose: 1–4 capsules daily, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Cautions

Some people may experience diarrhea. Keep out of reach of children.
