Natural Factors Calcium Factor + provides 350 mg of elemental calcium per tablet. Calcium is an abundant mineral that is important for the normal development and maintenance of bones and teeth. The citrate form is readily absorbed and is ideal for those with sensitive digestive systems.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Croscarmellose sodium, coating (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], glycerin), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended dose
Recommended adult dose: 1–4 tablets daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
