Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water, silica), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended Dose (Adults)

1–2 capsules daily, preferably before meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one year.

Recommended Use

Clinically shown to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause.

Cautions

Do not use if you are pregnant. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding or if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Keep out of the reach of children.
