Natural Factors Alpha-Lipoic Acid with B1 & B2 features the “universal antioxidant” alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) alongside vitamins B1 and B2. ALA increases the body’s total antioxidant capacity to Safeguard against oxidative damage to muscles, nerves, and other tissues throughout the body. It also Aids healthy blood sugar control by enhancing glucose uptake into cells. This one-per-day formula provides 600 mg of ALA per vegetarian capsule and is made with non-GMO ingredients that are suitable for vegetarians.

Recommended Dose (Adults)
