I bought the raspberry lemon flavour. I have been using this for a couple weeks now and so far seem to be sleeping a little better. The stevia aftertaste was really bothering me so after adding some hot water and mixing out the effervescence, I mix it with some cold juice and that hides the aftertaste quite well.
Just finishing my 1st bottle of Rasp/Lemon. Taking 2 teaspoons in water at bedtime to help with irregularity. It does help. Also notice it helps me sleep and slightly eases my fibromyalgia pain. Stevia flavor is a bit strong. Will try the cherry flavor next. Wish the container wasn't so deep - you lose the spoon in it and get powder on your hands.
I always use the Calm magnesium. All the flavours are great tasting. The neutral one is a bit sour and bland. It is a powder that needs to be 'awakened' with hot water and then add cold water to drink. This can be a bit more work than possibly another product, but I don't mind to go through the extra effort of boiling a bit of water for the right chemical reaction. It turns out a bit of a fizzy drink which is pleasant to drink. It may have a bit of influence on the bowels, but this only works in its favor for me. It's supposed to make you go to sleep easily and makes for a good restful sleep, but i don't really feel a great difference.Very good product for my needs.
I've received samples from Healthy Planet Canada which I have tried. Suffering from heart palpitations due to anxiety, I did more research on this product and decided to buy this to see if this will help me as it has helped others. The taste is actually quite acceptable.
This product tastes good and works great. If you have trouble sleeping this works amazing. It can also help alot with muscle cramps as well as migraine headaches.
This product works great for restless legs
Great for sleeping, especially if you are low in magnesium. I am using Orange flavour now. As I found out, calcium causes night time awakenings if you are low on it. For those who don't drink milk like me, calcium is a must. This also comes in a 'plus calcium' format. I might try it next time, though I wish there was a better powder format that doesn't "fizz" as I seem to get stomach inflammation/sensitive stomach easily.
Other things that could cause sleep issues are parasites, nutritional deficiencies (try juicing), Lyme Disease, clogged up liver, liver/gallstones, etc. Yes I went from being an insomniac to sleeping much better now so I literally have tried everything.
