Recommended Dose
Adults: As workout supplement, 2 teaspoons 2 times per day. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. For urinary tract health, take 1 teaspoon (2g) once daily. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.
