- 1 tsp or more Purple CornMilk Drink Mix
- 1 cup organic milk of your choice
- yacon syrup or raw honey to taste
Heat milk on medium heat, adding Purple CornMilk Drink Mix, stirring with wire whisk; let simmer for 5-6 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Add syrup or honey to taste. Serve hot or, allow to cool and serve cold.
